Toney Elementary Stakeholder Title I Input Opportunities 5/ 1/ 2022 - 5/21/22
Toney Tiger Families,

The Title I Stakeholder Input meeting is one of the most important meetings of the year!  Please join us to help plan for the 2022-2023 school year. The focus of all Title I programs is to help eligible students meet the same high academic achievement standards expected of all children. We will be discussing our goals, planning the budget, discussing the needs of parents, and providing ideas for teacher training for next year. This year's school compact, policy, and DCSD Policy are available for your review.

For the safety of our students, faculty, staff, and families, Toney Elementary School and the DeKalb County School District will start the 2022-2023 school year with the option of remote learning.  Our students will continue to receive quality instruction by completing assignments that teachers will provide virtually.
Please click the link below to see the Toney Elementary Virtual Learning Resource Page.  This page will be a resource for all information about Virtual Learning and MAP Testing at Toney Elementary School.  You will also find information about other district and community resources to support our students and their families during remote learning.

Free Wifi and Internet Services for Families

Hello Toney Tiger Families,

Xfinity WiFi hotspots across the country will be available to anyone who needs them for free—including non-Xfinity Internet subscribers.

For a map of Xfinity WiFi hotspots, visit www.xfinity.com/wifi. Once at a hotspot, consumers should select the “xfinitywifi” network name in the list of available hotspots and then launch a browser.

AT&T and Xfinity are also offering reduced cost internet access for families. I have included two links to apply for reduced cost internet services. Feel free to reach out to me if additional assistance is needed.

  • How to get free AT&T Internet

You can get reduced cost internet at home through AT&T by completing the application at https://accessatt.solixcs.com/#/home

  • How to get free Comcast Xfinity Internet

You can get reduced cost internet at home from Comcast Xfinity through its Internet Essentials program by going to this link https://www.internetessentials.com/
