Mr. Oliver L. Dean, II is the Principal of Toney Elementary School.  Mr. Dean is a proud alumnus of the DeKalb County School District.  Mr. Dean attended Bob Mathis Elementary School and graduated from Southwest DeKalb High School.  He received his bachelor's degree from Jackson State University in Jackson, Mississippi where he started on the Tiger Football Team.
Prior to his appointment as principal at Toney Elementary School, Mr. Dean served as an Assistant Principal at Indian Creek Elementary School.  Mr. Dean also taught Math and Science at Atherton Elementary School. 

<div style="background-color:#000000"><font color=white><font size=5>Assistant Principal: Yvonne Browder</font></div>


Dr. Yvonne Browder is the Assistant Principal at Toney Elementary School. She grew up in the metro Atlanta area and was educated in the Fulton County School System. Dr. Browder received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University, teacher certification from Brenau University, a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, and at Georgia State University she earned her Leadership certification. Dr. Browder is a lifelong learner. She obtained her doctoral degree from Walden University.

Prior to her appointment as Assistant Principal at Toney Elementary School, Mrs. Browder served as an Assistant Principal at Snapfinger Elementary School.  She also taught in the elementary setting for nine years.


<font color=white><font size=5>Counselor: Lisa Lewis

Mrs. Lisa Lewis is the counselor of Toney Elementary School.  Mrs. Lewis is a native of New York, New York.  She received her Bachelor's Degree from Syracuse University.
Prior to her appointment as counselor at Toney Elementary School, Mrs. Lewis worked as a fifth grade teacher at Rainbow Elementary School.  Mrs. Lewis also worked in the Pre-Kindergarten department at Clifton Elementary School.
